MONDAYS: PIZZA + PORCHETTA NIGHT
The Meat Hook is making "butcher pies" at Threes Brewing on Monday nights - pizzas with all of the meats made from their butcher shop. They were meat obsessed and pizza obsessed before. Now they’re obsessed with getting them together in combinations like house-cured lardo w/ lemon, and roast beef w/ dandelions. And then there's the porchetta. A pork loin wrapped in pork belly that's 30 hours cured, 24 hours cooked, then cut and plated tableside with 2 lit candles for, you know, romance.
