The Public Events Manager (PEM) at Threes Brewing is a key member of the full-time staff, focused on designing and executing events that drive significant and tangible impact to the business and memorable experiences for our patrons.The focus of these events ranges from one time productions to seasonal events to annual franchises, each taking place both at our wholly owned properties as well as offsite at third party locations.
The PEM acts as the primary point of contact during all phases of the process from inception of an idea through the actual execution of the event. The role will include creative influence, combined with P&L responsibilities and be supported by all other areas in the company.
Oversight of strategy, goals, objectives and messaging of public events for Threes Brewing.
Develop plans that deliver memorable experiences for Threes’ audience while meeting financial goals.
Develop and recommend event priorities in-line with larger strategic framework.
Recommend and manage investments to enhance program within a fixed budget.
Manage the entire lifecycle of events from concept to creation to post-mortem.
Collaborate with cross-departmental team to ensure smooth execution leading up to and during events.
Develop and maintain “run of show” documents for each public event at Threes Brewing.
Ensure all events are updated with details in master calendar and company intranet.
Work with outside vendors for services & materials that specific events may require.
Provide marketing team with all relevant information to guarantee effective promotion and attendance.
Brief managers & floor staff on details to enable them to promote and execute with confidence.
Aid in development of P&L to safeguard economic viability and inform future events.
Schedule and manage music programs, along with booker, in both Gowanus & Greenpoint.
Work with partners and other event planners as appropriate.
Collaborate with Private Events team to maximize value on the calendar.
