BOTANICAL MAGIC Forty pounds of spruce tips sourced from the Pacific Northwest is the centerpiece of this beer, and a blend of mature red wine barrel-aged saison and mature gin barrel-aged saison forms the foundation upon which their flavor blossoms. Following conditioning, the combination brings forth flavors that transcend anything you thought could ever come from a pine tree, with notes ranging from fresh-cut melon to berry medley and high notes of sweet pine and white grapefruit.
